Morg Fisher is a product builder and designer based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Aotearoa New Zealand.
He builds web products that serve New Zealand markets — from building inspections to flatmate finance to disability support. The work sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and actually shipping things.
This site is where he writes about design systems, product thinking, and what it’s like building from the edge of the world. The essays are long-form and opinionated. The projects are real and (mostly) live.
Before going solo, he worked across product and operations roles at early-stage companies. The common thread was always the same: find the real problem, design the simplest solution, ship it, learn, repeat.
He believes the best products come from people who care equally about the craft of code and the humans who use it. Every project in this portfolio was designed, engineered, and shipped by one person.
