A private photo gallery built for Lucy and Morg’s wedding. Guests upload photos, the gallery is password-protected, and everything is stored on Cloudflare R2. No social media required. No account creation. Just a beautiful gallery of a beautiful day.
The problem it solves is simple: wedding photos end up scattered across iCloud shared albums, WhatsApp groups, Google Photos links, and Instagram stories. Half of them disappear within a year. Clearwater puts them in one place, behind one password, with no expiry date.
Built with zero dependencies—vanilla JavaScript, static HTML, Cloudflare Pages for hosting and R2 for object storage. The entire site weighs under 50KB before images.
