Personal running dashboard and GPX archive. 70 days to a sub-18 5 km, with today’s session and training history in one place.

What turns your running data into your next run?

software · Cloudflare Worker + KV + GPX + PWA · Personal tool

Pork is a personal running system, not a public startup pretending to be one. The repo is full of real training data: GPX files, cleaned running JSON, Strava-style exports, and the small app that makes that archive usable day to day.

The current product shape is Pork (Sub-18 Plan). It answers the one question that matters before leaving the house: what is today’s session? Distance, structure, effort, purpose, and comparison against recent activity are all pulled into a single mobile-first view.

Under the hood it is deliberately plain: a Cloudflare Worker, a KV namespace, static HTML, a PWA manifest, and Leaflet for route context. The interesting part is not the framework. It is turning messy wearable exports into a private interface that can actually change behaviour.

How might we turn a messy archive of past runs into today’s session?

Purpose

Core idea

A personal running system, not a public startup pretending to be one. Distance, structure, effort and purpose land in a single mobile-first view, pulled from real training data. The interesting part is not the framework. It is turning messy wearable exports into a private interface that can change behaviour.
